vrijednosne papire, Agencije za nadzor mirovinskih fondova i

osiguranja te Direkcije za nadzor dru\u0161tava za

osiguranje.\r\n\r\nHanfa je samostalna pravna osoba s javnim ovlastima

u okviru svog djelokruga i nadle\u017enosti propisanih Zakonom o

Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga i drugim zakonima.
